THE GREAT DEBATE
|
Since our Nation's founding, most major decisions
have been reached through heated discussion of the issues.
Yet today, we have allowed these debates to be controlled
by multi-national corporations and media conglomerates.
It's time to put it back in the hands of the people.

'The Great Debate' has long been how to best
solve our problems and pursue our goals as a people.
Today, however, we are shown only small pieces
of the puzzle by our media and news companies.
And many of these problems we face today are not
because we lack the ability to comprehend the problems.
It is because we are not discussing them amongst ourselves. We have allowed politicians and corporate donors to have those debates for us. And they do not put our interests first.
Only through honest debate amongst all of us will we find the common ground upon which we can enact real change in the pursuit of our goals as a society. Look around and see what others are saying about the issues.
More importantly, say what YOU think.
