This issue has fallen from the headlines but remains a very serious matter. North Korea, it has been learned, passed on their nuclear know-how to a number of nations.
Not to mention that they tested a bomb themselves.
Recent evidence suggests that the regime is cooperating in disarmament, which is a good sign.
How do you feel about this? What more should be done?
