The War on Terror has become an enormous part of our lives. It could possibly be the defining issue of this generation. But what about this war? There are so many questions our government will not answer. Too many mistakes being made and no transparency on the part our elected officials. The Patriot Act has stripped us of so many of our once precious rights, and thousands of our troops are scattered across the globe in the hunt for 'terrorists'. Once upon a time this country led by example, and the entire world took notice. It is now official policy to use legal maneuvering by the Executive Branch in order to break the very laws this nation holds dear in order to fight the terrorists. There has to be a better way to fight this war. We won't find the solution unless we discuss the problem seriously. Please post your thoughts regarding the war on Terror.
